Ft.Eustis - Building 705

Architectural and Interior Design services were provided for this design/bid/build renovation of the central administration building at Ft. Eustis, VA. The renovation included 84,600 SF of the total 145,240 SF facility. The IMCOM renovation will be located in the east and central wings of Building 705. The east wing will be divided equally into the Northeast Region and the Southeast Region; the library wing will have conference rooms and the Operations Center for both regions. Each IMCOM Region is a 2-Star equivalent Headquarters. Knight Architects used the Command & Control Facilities Standard Design (C2F) document, which they assisted AECOM and the USACE in developing, as a guideline for programming and space definition.
